As a Sales Manpower Services professional, you will be responsible for identifying new strategic partners and attractive business ventures in the staffing industry. Your role will involve relationship building, opportunity identification, and pursuing new business relationships while strengthening existing ones. Additionally, you will be tasked with identifying and targeting the most important business prospects, leveraging your database of customers in the staffing industry to fulfill their staffing requirements. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating appointments, calls, and meetings between senior management and new customers to discuss new opportunities and business expansions. You will be expected to proactively identify new customers, demonstrating a proactive and go-getter attitude. Furthermore, you should possess the ability to develop business growth plans, identify obstacles, and guide new ventures from inception to completion. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding the scale of business operations, promoting community outreach initiatives, and meeting sales targets. Collaboration with the sales and delivery team is essential, as you work towards achieving the overall PCS Business Units target. The ideal candidate for this position will hold a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience, with 3-5 years of relevant experience in the staffing industry.
