Job Description

As a Franchise Development Manager, your main responsibility will be to open new franchises in a specific district. You will be required to conduct product descriptions and provide information to customers regarding the benefits and usages of the company's products. Additionally, you will need to visit potential and existing clients to promote and sell the company's products, while also building strong relationships with franchise customers. It is crucial to share all relevant information with senior management and ensure proper closure of files. To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with persuasive and confident presentation abilities. Knowledge of sales techniques and customer engagement strategies is essential. The ability to work independently, travel to meet clients, and experience in B2C & B2B marketing and sales will be highly advantageous. A completed graduation with sales knowledge is required, and preference will be given to candidates from the local area. Owning a vehicle and having a valid driving license is a mandatory requirement. This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance.
