Sales & Marketing Executive

• Your key role area of employment will be sales and marketing of plastic recycling sheets and recycled products.
• You will also be responsible for developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities through networking and outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and presentations to promote the company's services.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities to track performance.

Skills Required:

• Sales & Marketing Experience: Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the wood/plywood/MDF or related industry.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and develop solutions to address client needs and market challenges.
• Two Wheeler: Must have a two-wheeler with a driving licence.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
