Sales & Marketing Executive

Role Objective

We’re looking for a driven, creative-minded Sales & Marketing Executive who understands the language of visual storytelling and content production. The role requires someone who can market our offerings with clarity, connect with clients through calls and meetings, and help build a consistent pipeline of business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote visual production services like animation, immersive experiences, and digital content to brands, agencies, and startups.
• Handle outreach via LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
• Conduct 15–20 qualified calls per day, explain services, and fix meetings.
• Distribute customized showreels, decks, and proposals to potential clients.
• Assist in planning & executing social media and email marketing campaigns.
• Maintain a structured lead sheet or CRM to track outreach and follow-ups.
• Attend relevant local events or expos as a representative of Hellogen.
• Collaborate with internal creative teams to understand deliverables and pitch accordingly.
• Deliver weekly reports on outreach performance, meetings, and lead quality.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or client servicing (preferably in media/design/advertising).
• Basic knowledge of visual content — animation, video production, or experiential marketing.
• Excellent verbal & written communication in English (Hindi/Kannada a bonus).
• Hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn, Canva, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business.
• Ability to present confidently and manage prospect interactions.
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
