To drive domestic and international sales of API products, maintain relationships with clients, generate new business, and support strategic marketing initiatives to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities for API sales in domestic and international markets.
Generate leads, conduct product presentations, and negotiate pricing and terms.
Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on proposals.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
Ensure timely communication, resolve customer complaints, and support after-sales service.
Market Analysis
Conduct market research to understand competitor activities, pricing, and industry trends.
Provide regular market feedback to management and contribute to product strategy.
Regulatory & Documentation
Coordinate with QA/QC and regulatory teams for product documents like COA, MOA, DMF, etc.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to product export.
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance departments for order fulfillment and dispatch.
Maintain customer database, sales records, and provide regular reports to management.
Marketing Activities
Support in preparing marketing materials, participating in exhibitions, trade shows, and digital promotions.
Build company presence and brand awareness in target markets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
