Responsibilities

Help creating strategies and identifying opportunities for the partnership and program to drive growth of Company's Staffing business
Work with cross functional teams, including but not limited to Marketing, Delivery, Finance and Legal to drive value through partnerships and visibility of BD activities
Develop a partner strategy and evaluate potential partners who can help further Company's efforts to develop the and grow an efficient Staffing business
Manage deal execution, drive implementation of integration(s) and manage partner relationships once deal is signed
Developing Sales Strategy for Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Conduct Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence of the Staffing business vertical and recommend a road map for growth in clients, number of staffing opportunities, sectors, target revenue and number of people to be staffed

Competencies

Ability to think both strategically and creatively to solve complex business challenges
Comfortable working in entrepreneurial environment with a growth mindset
Experience of collaborating with cross-functional teams and partners
CXO level collaboration and stakeholder engagement
Acts like an owner, takes responsibility for one's actions and for outcomes related to one's decisions
Exceptional, verbal and written communication and ability to make impactful presentations
