Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive who can generate genuine sales, build strong client relationships, and contribute to making our sales and brand presence grow stronger every day. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, persuasive, and has a keen interest in jewellery and lifestyle branding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively approach customers and showcase our jewellery collections
• Drive in-store and/or field sales while meeting monthly sales targets
• Build long-term relationships with clients by offering personalized service
• Maintain product knowledge to answer customer queries confidently
• Contribute to brand marketing activities such as live promotions, events, and digital engagement
• Keep daily records of sales, client feedback, and inventory updates
• Help build a loyal customer base by offering excellent after-sales service

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in retail or field sales (Jewellery experience preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Passion for silver jewellery and an eye for aesthetics
• Ability to build trust with clients and upsell meaningfully
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player
• Basic knowledge of digital selling tools or social media is a plus
