Job Responsibilities
1. Leads Follow up & update in Paramantra
2. Sharing the details to the visited customers Pre & Post site visit
3. Participating in Property Events.
4. Attending the weekly and monthly meetings.
5. Assist in the loan processing, as a loan processor from origination to closing.
6. Maintain client information in database for future follow-up.
Requirements:
1) Qualification: MBA /Equivalent
2) Relevant Experience: 5 years
3) Any others:
Required Skills:
1. Negotiate and convince the customer and complete the booking formalities.
2. Converting site visit to closures.
3. Passionate to outperform and deliver perfection on a consistent basis
4. R&D in around project every 3 months / Whenever Required
