You will be responsible for driving sales and achieving business targets for Retail loan products through cross-selling and maintaining strong client relationships. You will need to aggressively increase sales numbers, retain existing customers, and expand the customer base to ensure repeat business and referrals. Your role will involve maximizing sales by leveraging networks and relationships, developing strong liaisons with clients, and ensuring smooth processing of loan files from the login stage to disbursement by coordinating with internal departments like Operations and Credit. Managing a team of relationship managers effectively to optimize productivity, aligning with the team for lead generation activities, and supervising the implementation of growth strategies through training, motivation, and deployment will be crucial in meeting business targets and ensuring profitability. Staying updated on market trends and competitor intelligence will be essential for developing effective sales and marketing strategies. Providing feedback to the central product and policy team based on your understanding of markets, competition, processes, and available products will help in staying ahead in the market. Compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations, company processes, policies, and reporting systems is mandatory. A Post Graduate/Graduate degree in any discipline is required for this position.,
