Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager (or Team Leader ) to oversee our sales team, drive performance, and contribute to the growth of our brokerage. This role involves coaching agents, setting sales goals, implementing effective strategies, and ensuring excellent client service. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership & Team Management Trained and mentored real estate agents to build a high-performing team. Set individual and team sales targets and monitor progress regularly. Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions. Motivate and support agents to achieve or exceed sales quotas. Business Development & Strategy Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the companys customer base. Identify new business opportunities and market trends. Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and support promotional campaigns. Transaction Oversight & Compliance Supervise day-to-day real estate transactions to ensure legal and regulatory compliance. Provide support and advice on complex transactions and negotiations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property laws, market conditions, and industry best practices. Client Relationship Management Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service. Handle escalated client concerns or complaints promptly and effectively. Foster long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager, Team Leader, or Senior Sales Agent. Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills. Solid knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations. Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement effective strategies. Preferred Education & Certifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not always required). Working Conditions: Full-time role, including evenings and weekends based on client needs. Office-based with fieldwork (property visits, client meetings, etc.). Commission-based incentives and performance bonuses.
