The Sales Manager's (B2B Industrial Raw material sales) primary role is to procure sales orders for coal used as raw material in B2B designated regions. The SM role primarily targets companies using boilers and other heating systems that rely on coal or alternative energy sources. SMs have individual sales targets and are responsible for selling imported coal. SM has to be self-directed to meet personal sales targets. SMs are periodically monitored to assess performance and sales skills. Candidates should demonstrate leadership skills in selling to new markets.
