Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Channel Development & Management:

    • Onboard, activate, and manage DSAs for sourcing unsecured business loan leads.
    • Ensure compliance with the companys policies, processes, and documentation requirements by DSAs.
    • Train and motivate DSAs to enhance productivity and product knowledge.
  • Business Sourcing & Revenue Generation:

    • Achieve assigned sales targets for SME unsecured loans through the DSA channel.
    • Conduct joint customer meetings with DSAs when necessary to close deals.
    • Monitor sourcing quality and reduce rejection rates by pre-qualifying leads.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy:

    • Track competitor activities and market trends to develop proactive sales strategies.
    • Provide feedback to product and credit teams for enhancements and risk controls.
  • Relationship Management:

    • Build strong relationships with DSAs and maintain regular engagement to ensure continuous business flow.
    • Collaborate with credit, operations, and disbursement teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
  • Reporting & MIS:

    • Maintain accurate records of DSA performance, lead conversions, and pipeline tracking.
    • Provide regular updates and sales forecasts to senior management.
  • Education:

    Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Finance preferred).
  • Experience:

    4–8 years in sales of unsecured business loans with a focus on the DSA channel.
  • Industry Exposure:

    NBFCs, Banks, or FinTechs with a strong background in SME lending.
  • Skills Required:

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong understanding of credit norms and lending documentation for SMEs.
