Position: Sales Intern Location: Cherlapalli, Hyderabad Department: Sales & Marketing Reports To: Sales Manager Job Summary: Gravton Motors is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with customers, and driving sales of Gravton Quanta and other electric two-wheelers (EVs). This role requires strong communication skills, customer relationship management, and a passion for sustainable mobility solutions. Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential customers through various sales channels (showroom, test rides, corporate tie-ups, events, and digital leads). Conduct product demonstrations and test rides, highlighting the unique features and benefits of Gravton EVs. Explain pricing, financing options, and government subsidies applicable to EVs. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a seamless buying experience. Follow up with leads, handle customer inquiries, and assist in closing sales. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events. Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve sales strategies and customer experience. Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records using CRM tools. Stay updated on EV industry trends, competitor products, and market demand. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Automobile, or a related field. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to explain technical aspects of EVs in a customer-friendly manner. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field sales and travel. Basic knowledge of CRM software, MS Office, and digital lead management.
