Sales Executive

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our technology solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in inside sales, business development, and customer service, with a passion for technology sales.

Duties

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for upselling.
• Engage in market research to identify new trends and potential clients within the technology sector.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in inside sales or technology sales.
• Strong understanding of business development principles and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in negotiating contracts and closing deals effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
