SaaS Product Sales and Services Manager Are you an experienced professional ready to drive our company's SaaS products to new heights? We're seeking a SaaS Product Sales and Services Manager to lead our growth. You'll engage with people through various channels to introduce and support our SaaS offerings. Here's what you'll do: Responsibilities: Engage in pre-sales and support tasks for our SaaS products, connecting with customers via phone, email, and chat. Conduct online and in-person demonstrations of our SaaS solutions. Address technical queries from potential customers and our partners. Maintain and enhance your technical expertise, providing training to teammates when needed. Offer pre-sales technical support, assisting with product onboarding and troubleshooting. Conduct training sessions for customers, ensuring they make the most of our SaaS products. Collaborate with the marketing team to organize impactful online events. Work with Product Marketing and Management teams to optimize our product's performance. Communicate customer feedback, including feature requests and product challenges, to Product Management and Development teams. Represent our SaaS products at partner online events, broadening our reach. Your Experience: A blend of technical prowess, sales acumen, and customer interaction skills is a must. Fluent English communication is essential. Exceptional oral and written communication, along with presentation skills, are critical. A curious mind capable of unraveling complex topics is crucial. Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills, eager to learn and innovate. Ability to simplify complex subjects into effective presentations. Experience delivering technical training to internal and external audiences, including pre-sales and sales teams. Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, particularly AWS and SaaS products, is advantageous.
