Job Description: As a Sales Executive in Mohali on the night shift, you will be responsible for identifying client challenges and providing personalized technical service plans that cater to their specific needs. Your role will involve asking discovery questions to gain insights into technical issues, recommending and finalizing monthly or annual support plans, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) including revenue targets, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
