Job Description

A Tata Motors Sales Executive is responsible for selling new vehicles and achieving customer satisfaction and volume targets. They build customer relationships, assist with vehicle needs and financing, and potentially manage a sales team. This role requires strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities: Selling Vehicles: Drive sales by actively engaging with potential customers, presenting vehicle options, and negotiating deals. Building Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide excellent service throughout the sales process. Meeting Sales Targets: Achieve individual and team sales targets. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales prospects. Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Tata Motors vehicles, including features, benefits, and competitive offerings. Negotiation and Closing: Effectively negotiate deals and close sales. Team Management (for some roles): Lead and manage a sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support.
