Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, have strong communication skills, and be capable of generating leads, closing deals, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits
Handle inquiries, provide product/service information, and suggest suitable solutions to clients
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients
Maintain records of client interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with campaigns
Prepare and submit sales reports to management regularly
Maintain strong post-sales relationships for repeat business and referrals

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
1 to 2 years of proven experience in sales (IT/Telecom/Service industry preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools
Language proficiency: English and Hindi (additional local language is a plus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
