We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential customers and generate leads Conduct field visits or tele-calling to pitch company products/services Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business Meet or exceed monthly sales targets Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share with management Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales (freshers can also apply if confident and communicative) Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and under pressure Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.) Must be goal-oriented and self-motivated Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred) Salary: Based on experience + attractive incentives Benefits: Monthly performance bonuses Training and career growth opportunities Supportive team environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Language: Hindi/English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 9608332211
