We offer a wide range of IT services, including Digital Workplace, cloud solutions, networking, security, and managed services. We work with various brands across different sectors and provide the best technology solutions to our customers.

Role Overview As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding SMB clients, primarily operating out of co-working spaces, incubators, and start-up hubs. You’ll build relationships, pitch IT support solutions, and close deals that deliver value to early-stage businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit co-working spaces, start-up hubs, and local business clusters to generate leads Pitch PockIT’s IT service offerings to founders, admin heads, and decision-makers Develop a pipeline of SMB clients and schedule demos or meetings Follow up on leads, create proposals, and close deals Maintain CRM records of prospects and customer interactions Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding Attend networking events, exhibitions, and forums to build visibility

Requirements:

MBA (Marketing/Sales preferred) with 3-5 years of B2B field sales experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-driven with a proactive, target-oriented mindset Familiarity with start-ups and co-working ecosystems is a plus Ability to travel within city limits for field visits Basic understanding of IT services (we will train you on specifics)
