Position: Sales Executive

Experience- Fresher to 3 Years

Education - MBA Marketing

Location - Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune

Role Description -

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive.
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and customer data.
Understand customer requirements and offer solutions aligned with their needs.
Follow up on leads and build long-term relationships with clients.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
The role involves identifying potential clients and analysing their needs, developing customized proposals, negotiating contracts, and working with other teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business revenue, maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Requirements-

MBA in Marketing (or equivalent qualification).
0–4 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or related roles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) is a plus.
A positive attitude and a team player mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
