Job Overview:

Vanaura Organics is hiring a Sales Executive for our retail outlet at Kesavadasapuram, Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, well-groomed, and have excellent communication skills to assist customers in selecting organic skincare and Ayurvedic products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in choosing the right products.
• Provide product knowledge and skincare recommendations.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Handle billing, cash/card transactions, and stock management.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise display.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the store’s growth.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in retail sales or beauty/cosmetics industry is a plus.
• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Customer-friendly attitude with a passion for organic and Ayurvedic products.
