This full-time, on-site role involves managing sales of both residential and commercial properties, engaging directly with clients to understand their requirements, and closing profitable deals. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement: Interact with potential buyers to understand their needs and provide appropriate property solutions. Deal Negotiation: Close sales agreements while achieving volume and profitability targets. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, agents, and channel partners. Project Presentation: Confidently present project offerings during site visits and meetings. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competition, and pricing to identify growth opportunities. CRM Management: Maintain updated records and follow-ups using CRM software. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree.
