Job Description

Position Overview

As a Sales Executive, you will be an integral part of the sales team, responsible for driving business growth by identifying new clients, promoting our range of services, and nurturing relationships with potential customers. This position offers an excellent opportunity for freshers to start a rewarding career in sales with hands-on training and career development in a fast-paced and dynamic technology environment.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify and generate new business leads through various channels, including online research, cold calling, emails, and networking.

Develop and maintain a database of potential customers, including understanding their business needs.

2. Sales Presentations and Demos:

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.

Assist in preparing and presenting tailored solutions based on client requirements.

3. Client Interaction:

Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and propose appropriate solutions.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

4. Sales Pipeline Management:

Track and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Maintain regular communication with leads, follow up on inquiries, and ensure smooth progression through the sales funnel.

5. Sales Reporting:

Assist the senior sales team in preparing weekly/monthly reports on sales activities and performance.

Track sales progress and update the team on the status of leads and opportunities.

6. Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer demands to effectively position E2E Networks' solutions.

Gather customer feedback and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

7. Collaboration with Internal Teams:

Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to understand customer requirements and communicate product updates.

Ensure a smooth handoff between sales and customer support teams for post-sales assistance.


Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Education: Freshers with a bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical clients.
  • Sales Enthusiast: A passion for sales and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-Centric: Ability to understand customer needs and focus on providing the best solutions.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding of cloud computing, hosting services, and IT infrastructure would be an advantage.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and resolve client concerns promptly.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt and learn new products, sales techniques, and technologies.
