Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team and drive the sales of modular kitchen solutions . The ideal candidate should be passionate about home interiors, have excellent interpersonal skills, and a customer-focused approach to convert leads into successful sales. Key Responsibilities: Attend to walk-in customers and understand their kitchen design requirements Explain modular kitchen products, features, finishes, and customization options Coordinate with the design team to create kitchen layouts based on client needs Generate quotes and follow up with clients to close sales Maintain strong knowledge of modular kitchen trends, products, and materials Develop relationships with interior designers, architects, and builders for referral leads Maintain customer records, sales reports, and update CRM regularly Meet or exceed monthly sales targets Support the customer from inquiry to installation, ensuring a smooth experience Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹15,400.00 - ₹19,800.00 per month Benefits: Commuter assistance Internet reimbursement Paid sick time Provident Fund Compensation Package: Bonus pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Schedule: Day shift Education: Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred) Language: Tamil (Required) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
