The Sales Ex COE - Client Success Data Science Specialist role based in Bangalore, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, or Mumbai requires expertise in data science, machine learning, and generative AI skills. As part of the Center of Excellence (COE), you will support salespeople by analyzing data, creating models, and delivering insights to enhance sales and pricing methods. Your primary responsibility will be to enable Sales Excellence in providing top-notch service offerings to Accenture's leaders, practitioners, and sales teams. Working within the COE Analytics Modeling Analysis team, you will develop models and scorecards to improve processes, drive sales, and maximize profitability. Collaborating with operations teams, you will translate data-driven insights into actionable solutions, manage tool access, and monitor usage. Key responsibilities include: - Extracting and transforming raw data from various sources for analysis and modeling - Applying statistical, machine learning, and NLP techniques to identify patterns and extract insights - Developing machine learning or deep learning models to address complex business challenges - Presenting findings to technical and non-technical audiences in a clear manner - Exploring Gen AI use cases and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop solutions - Ensuring data compliance with privacy regulations and implementing security measures - Staying updated on advancements in data science and Gen AI To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of experience in AI/ML, including expertise in machine learning algorithms, NLP techniques, generative AI skills, data visualization tools, and coding in Python, SQL, or R. Strong communication, time management, organizational, and project management skills are essential. A Master's or doctoral degree in Data Science or related field, along with experience in developing Gen AI solutions using Azure OpenAI or Google PaLM2, is preferred.
