Description:
As a Hydraulic Cylinder Sales Engineer in India, you will focus on driving sales of hydraulic cylinders and related products by identifying new business opportunities, providing technical support to clients, and building strong customer relationships. You will typically work with industries like, Integrated Steel Pants, Steel/Other Primary Metals & Power Plant Design & Execution Firms & Consultants, Coal & Mining Sectors Equipment, Construction & Mobile Equipment Manufacturers and Segments, Machine Tools & Defence Equipment/ Systems, Oil & Natural Gas Sectors, Infrastructure, and Heavy Engineering, offering tailored Hydraulic Cylinders Solutions and ensuring Utmost Customer Satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in various sectors, including Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Construction, and Heavy Engineering. Redevelop and bring back all old key customer accounts both in the Private sector & the Government Public Sectors, winning back their Confidence, Trust & Loyalty through targeted sales campaigns and measured deliverables with a focus on Profitability to the Cylinder Division.
Conduct client visits, understand their needs, and provide technical support, product demonstrations, and presentations.
Offer technical solutions, prepare proposals, quotations, and coordinate with internal teams for installation, commissioning, and after-sales support.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands in the hydraulic cylinder sector.

Location: Patancheru, Hyderabad, Telangana

Age: 26 - 28 years
Experience: 2 to 3 years in Engineering Components Sales.
Educational Qualifications, Experience & Skills Requisite:
Typically requires you to have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
2 - 5 years of experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or related roles, preferably within the hydraulic cylinder industry.
Experience in B2B sales, especially within industrial or construction sectors, is often preferred.
Salary/Emoluments: Typically, CTC per annum can Range between Rs. 4 to 12+ Lacs in a Fixed & Variable Pay format under an Incentive Scheme based on achieving Sales, Market Share & Payment Collection Targets for the Striving.
