1. Sales Engineer / Manager Precast Batching Plants
Were hiring a Sales Engineer/Manager to lead business development in the precast batching plant segment across India and targeted export markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and market presence in the precast equipment segment - Engage with precast manufacturers, EPCs, consultants - Prepare technical proposals, presentations, and pricing - Coordinate with internal teams for plant layouts and integration - Conduct demos, track competitors, and support marketing efforts
You Should Have:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or Production Engineering - 5–10 years in sales/technical support for batching plants - Strong communication, negotiation, and technical solutioning skills - Willingness to travel frequently
Nice to Have: Experience in automation or international precast projects
