Sales Counselor

Key Responsibilities: Client Consultation & Sales Guide walk-in and enquiry clients through suitable treatments and packages Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client concerns and recommend personalized plans Upsell and cross-sell services and memberships strategically and ethically Sales Target Achievement Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets Manage lead conversion from online/offline sources Client Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to increase loyalty and retention Follow up with potential and existing clients for repeat treatments and satisfaction Team Coordination & Reporting Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and front desk for seamless client experience Maintain CRM and daily sales reports Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills Client-first attitude with a passion for aesthetics and skincare Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment Fluent in English and Hindi (additional languages a bonus) What We Offer: Competitive salary + attractive incentive structure Opportunity to work with top dermatologists and beauty experts Professional growth in a modern, upscale clinic environment Employee discounts on services and treatments To apply, send your CV to [ [email protected] ] Join us in redefining beauty, one transformation at a time.
