About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and optimization of our sales efforts. This role requires a strong communicator with a proven ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, and close deals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Engage with prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings.

· Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls and inbound inquiries.

· Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively position our products/services.

· Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.

· Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to execute targeted campaigns.

· Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

· Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.

· Provide feedback to improve product offerings and sales processes.

Requirements

· Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly.

· Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

· Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

· Know Sales Quotation process

· Must know Request for Quote (RFQ),Quotation Creation,Purchase Order (PO)

· should know the process of how a PO is generated from a quotation, including the steps of request for quote (RFQ), quotation preparation, submission, evaluation, negotiation, and acceptance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
