Job Description

Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing technical and commercial proposals. Handle customer inquiries related to power cable products and services. Prepare and maintain sales reports, quotation logs, and client databases. Order Management: Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely delivery of customer orders. Track order status and update customers regularly on delivery schedules. Process sales orders and manage order documentation (PIs, LPOs, delivery notes, etc.). Customer Relationship Management: Act as a point of contact for key clients regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally. Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Documentation and Coordination: Ensure all documents (product specs, test reports, certifications) are prepared and submitted as per client requirements. Liaise with the finance department for invoicing and payment follow-ups. Technical Knowledge: Maintain a working knowledge of power cable types (LV, MV, HV), specifications (e.g., IEC, BS, ASTM), and applications. Coordinate with engineering or product specialists to clarify technical requirements.
