Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and providing excellent customer service to ensure smooth sales operations.

  • Organizational Skills: Managing multiple tasks, prioritizing work, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication Skills: Communicating effectively with team members, clients, and other departments, both verbally and in writing.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and building positive relationships.
  • Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving issues related to sales processes, customer inquiries, or other challenges.
  • Sales Knowledge: Understanding sales processes, products, and customer needs.
  • Teamwork & Collaboration: Working effectively with the sales team and other departments to achieve common goals.
  • Qualification - B.A / B.COM / BMS / Any graduate
  • Experience - 1 year
