Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Sales and Distribution team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing distributor relationships, streamlining order processes, tracking performance, and ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between the sales team and distributors.
• Coordinate order processing, dispatch, and delivery with internal teams.
• Track sales targets, schemes, and stock movement.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and dashboards.
• Assist in implementing trade promotions and monitoring their effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate records of distributor data, pricing, and communication.
• Resolve distributor and retailer queries promptly.
• Support in onboarding new channel partners and managing documentation.
• Collaborate with supply chain, finance, and operations teams for smooth execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
• 12 years of experience in sales coordination or distribution support, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM/ERP tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
