Sales Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Support & Coordination
• Assist sales team in preparing quotations, tenders, and proposals.
• Coordinate with customers for order follow-ups, confirmations, and documentation.
• Track sales orders, dispatches, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain and update CRM / sales reports / lead trackers.
• Internal Coordination
• Liaise with production, accounts, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Communicate customer requirements and complaints to relevant departments.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain records of customer inquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and dispatch details.
• Prepare MIS reports on sales activities, pending orders, and forecasts.
• Customer Relationship Management
• Serve as the point of contact for customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service coordination.
• Assist in sending promotional materials, new product updates, and campaigns.
• Sales Team Assistance
• Schedule client visits and maintain calendars for the field sales team.
• Assist in organizing exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer engagement events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in industrial or B2B sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/CRM tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle pressure.
