Key Responsibilities: Coordinate inter-departmental activities for export projects & domestic project order. Manage offer preparation, sales order booking, billing, and monthly closing activities using SAP for both export and domestic markets. Maintain accurate records and reports related to all export transactions and documentation. Ensure smooth coordination with logistics, finance, and production departments to meet customer commitments. Track order execution, resolve coordination issues, and ensure timely invoicing and deliveries. Monitor customer feedback and support post-dispatch documentation and service requirements.
