Sales & Client Manager

You are a smart, confident, and energetic Sales and Client Manager who will be an integral part of our Event team. Your primary responsibility will be to convert leads into bookings and ensure that clients receive exceptional care from the initial interaction to the successful execution of events. You will engage with potential clients through phone calls and face-to-face meetings, providing them with a clear understanding of our services and assisting them in selecting the most suitable package. Your proactive follow-up approach will be crucial in converting inquiries into confirmed bookings, thereby meeting or surpassing monthly sales targets. In addition to managing client relationships, you will collaborate with our internal teams including photographers, cinematographers, and editors to meticulously plan and flawlessly execute each event. Your role will involve preparing and sharing detailed shoot plans based on event schedules, organizing travel, accommodation, and briefings for the event crew, and ensuring seamless coordination among all stakeholders. As a Sales and Client Manager, you must maintain continuous communication with clients throughout the event process, addressing any last-minute changes or concerns with composure and efficiency. Your proficiency in English and Hindi, both spoken and written, will be essential in effectively liaising with clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong communication and sales skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to tasks. Previous experience in sales, client service, or coordination, particularly within the wedding/events industry, would be advantageous. This full-time position based in Muttom offers a fixed salary along with attractive incentives tied to your performance. You will also be entitled to two paid leaves per month in addition to 12 public holidays.
