Job Description

As a Sales & Sourcing Manager , you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with channel partners including agents, brokers. You will actively drive business growth through B2B/B2C lead generation, field sales activities, and strategic partner engagement. You will also play a crucial role in end-to-end customer engagement and closure facilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Channel Partner Management:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified channel partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CPs; drive engagement and empanelment.
  • Conduct regular reviews and training sessions to enhance CP productivity.
  • Address CP queries and provide prompt support to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Drive consistent partner performance through incentive programs and collaboration.

2. Client Sourcing & Relationship Management:

  • Source clients through industrial hubs, business parks, events, and field activities.
  • Organize meetings, site visits, and follow-ups to convert leads into closures.
  • Maintain a high level of product and project knowledge for client engagement.
  • Assist closing teams during weekends and high-intent site visits.

3. Lead Generation & Networking:

  • Execute innovative B2B/B2C lead-generation campaigns.
  • Leverage channel networks, referrals, and events for high-quality lead flow.
  • Expand reach by developing strong market connects and partnerships.

4. Field Sales & Reporting:

  • Conduct regular field visits to CPs and prospects for project updates.
  • Maintain updated and accurate daily visit reports, lead funnel, and feedback.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports on walk-ins, sales funnel, and CP performance.

5. Sales & Marketing Strategy:

  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams for promotional campaigns.
  • Implement strategies to drive walk-ins, brand visibility, and CP loyalty.
  • Provide insights on competitor activities and suggest improvements.

6. Performance Monitoring & Compliance:

  • Track and evaluate CP performance vs targets.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes (SFDC, lead trackers, MIS).
  • Maintain documentation of agreements, deals, and partner communication.
