Job Description

Coordinate with Sales & Business Development teams to ensure brand consistency and generate leads
Manage all aspects of
branding and corporate communication
for assigned real estate projects
Plan, execute, and analyze
360-degree marketing campaigns
(online, offline, PR, BTL/ATL, etc.)
Work closely with senior marketing leadership to craft long-term
marketing strategy and tactical plans
Conduct
competitive analysis
and market research to support positioning and pricing strategies
Plan and execute
channel partner and customer engagement
initiatives
Track budgets, marketing spends, and generate periodic
MIS reports
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, CRM, Design, Finance) for marketing implementation
Handle
vendor sourcing, negotiation, and management
including media, creative, and digital agencies
Oversee
PR, events
, and other brand-building activities
Coordinate with ERP and finance for
billing and vendor processing
