Job Description

  • Setting targets and monitoring performance: Establishing sales goals and tracking performance against those goals.
  • Motivating sales teams: Inspiring and guiding sales representatives to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Implementing sales strategies: Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Training and leading sales teams: Hiring, training, and leading sales personnel.
  • Overseeing the sales process: Managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Maintaining customer relationships: Ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus
  • Yearly bonus
