We are a design-driven home décor brand offering premium-quality products that blend style and function. Our offerings cater to interior designers, architects, corporates, real estate developers, hospitality professionals, and retail stores. We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to grow our B2B segment by meeting clients face-to-face and establishing strong working relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Visits & Outreach: Personally visit offices of potential B2B clients—interior designers, architects, corporates, builders, hotels, and retail partners—to introduce our brand and offerings.
  • Sales Generation: Pitch products effectively, understand client needs, and close sales deals by offering tailored solutions. Achieve monthly/quarterly B2B sales targets.
  • Lead Development: Identify new leads through fieldwork, referrals, exhibitions, and local networking. Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Relationship Building: Develop long-term business relationships through consistent follow-ups, after-sales service, and regular product updates.
  • Marketing Support: Distribute marketing materials (catalogues, samples, brochures) and communicate promotional campaigns during visits.
  • Territory Planning: Plan and execute daily/weekly field visits strategically across high-potential areas, and maintain visit schedules and route maps.
  • Market Feedback: Collect client feedback, analyze competitor activities, and report insights for product and marketing improvements.
  • Reporting: Maintain a daily log of visits, client interactions, leads generated, and order conversions. Submit weekly reports to the management team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B field sales or marketing, ideally in décor, lifestyle, or allied industries
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, confident, and well-groomed
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Must be comfortable with local travel; own two-wheeler preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Excel/CRM software for record keeping

Good to Have

  • Experience dealing with interior designers, architects, or corporate procurement teams
  • Understanding of aesthetics, design language, and décor product categories
  • Experience in participating in B2B exhibitions, design events, or trade fairs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay
  • Overtime pay

  • English (Preferred)
