Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Sales and Marketing Executives to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching products/services, and building strong customer relationships. This role is ideal for both freshers looking to start a career in sales & marketing and experienced professionals eager to expand their impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through field visits, calls, and online channels
• Promote and demonstrate products/services to prospective clients
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional events, and trade shows
• Prepare and submit sales reports and market feedback
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Continuously upgrade product knowledge and market trends

Eligibility Criteria:

For Freshers:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of basic marketing concepts

For Experienced Candidates:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing
• Proven track record in achieving targets
• Proficient in negotiation and client handling
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is a plus

Probation Period (3 Months):

During the probation period, the following will apply:

• Commission-Based Earnings
• Commission Slab: [Define commission structure if available or mention "as per company policy"]
• Travel Allowance: ₹2,000/- per month

Post-Probation Options:

Upon successful completion of the probation period, candidates can choose one of the following compensation models:

• Continue with Commission-Based Structure
• Opt for a Fixed Salary
• Choose a Fixed Salary + Commission Model
