Sales and Marketing Engineer

Location: Chennai.

Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell our range of

  shot blasting machines, surface preparation equipment, and related services

  to industrial clients.
• Understand client requirements, provide tailored technical solutions, and ensure product compatibility.
• Conduct on-site visits, technical demonstrations, and trials to showcase product functionality and value.
• Prepare and present detailed technical proposals, cost estimations, and project timelines.
• Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to propose custom solutions where required.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the company's client base.
• Provide after-sales technical support, resolve customer concerns, and ensure satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in technical or industrial equipment sales (preferably in surface preparation or heavy machinery industries).
• Strong understanding of

  mechanical systems, and industrial applications

  .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and travel as required.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and technical documentation.
