Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding of new hires.
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make recommendations for selection decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements throughout the recruitment process.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate HR or related field (preferably in IT industry).
  • MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (any specialization).
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures; knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
