Sales and Marketing Engineer

As a Sales & Marketing Engineer at Maarg Technologies, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and building strong customer relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct sales presentations and demonstrations for potential clients, showcasing our innovative solutions. You will be based in Gujarat (Baroda or Ahmedabad) for the Gujarat region, or in Chennai for the South region. To excel in this role, you should hold a B.E. in Mechanical/Instrumentation Engineering or a Diploma in the same field, accompanied by 1-2 years of experience in NDT or Technical Sales. While 1-3 years of experience in technical sales is preferred, we also welcome freshers with the right educational background to apply. Your key responsibilities will include managing a sales pipeline, tracking new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal departments for seamless operations. Team management skills will be essential as you lead and motivate your team towards achieving sales targets. Additionally, you will engage in business development and marketing activities to promote our offerings effectively. To succeed in this position, you must possess expertise in Technical Sales and Business Development, along with strong communication and presentation abilities. Your proactive attitude towards customer service, coupled with solid relationship management skills, will be highly valued. Familiarity with the NDT industry will be advantageous in understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
