-Communicating with our direct clients & B2B clients for order related matters
- Working directly with the founder for all admin work-Being the point of contact for clients for order placing and menu coordination-Overlooking retail inventory for stores- Raw material check and tab our daily supplies- Great communication and sales quality to fulfill orders- Daily calendar setting for all tasks, work orders, and coordination- Logistic coordination for any supplies to be delivered or received- Maintaining everyday sales report for the brand- Must have knowledge of basic computer skills and handling tasks efficiently- Time management and effectively setting office tasks- Order management and overlooking production by being in touch with our kitchen team and vendors- Vendor management and procurement
