Job Description

Responsibilities

Possess an Engineering degree, preferably B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil
Desirable: Excellent communication skills and knowledge in Hazop, QRA, SIL, process safety, and logistics safety
Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience
Specialization or diploma in Industrial Safety is preferred
Strong working knowledge of HR disciplines, especially in Learning & Development
Demonstrated initiatives in employee engagement and content writing
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working across teams and externally
Ability to build trust, ensure confidentiality, and maintain a balance of firmness and diplomacy
Strong organizational skills with a hands-on, practical approach
Capable of working independently, handling pressure, and managing multiple tasks
Flexible and adaptable to changing environments
Proactive change agent who brings creative and effective solutions
