Sales Analyst

1. Sales Data Management:

• Collect, clean, and consolidate sales data from DMS and other sources.
• Monitor and maintain data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across systems.

1. MIS Reporting and Automation:

• Develop and generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for sales performance metrics.
• Automate routine reporting processes to enhance efficiency.

1. Data Analysis:

• Perform detailed analysis of sales trends, KPIs, and customer data to identify insights and growth opportunities.
• Support sales forecasting and budgeting processes with data-driven insights.

1. Sales Process Optimization:

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify process improvements and optimize sales operations.
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of sales initiatives and campaigns.

1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with other teams (Marketing, Finance, and IT) to align data needs and ensure consistency in reporting.
• Provide data support for strategic decision-making across departments.

1. Systems Development and Enhancement:

• Design and implement tools for data visualization and reporting.
• Ensure all systems and reports are up-to-date, secure, and aligned with business goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education:

  Bachelors degree in business, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Data Analytics, SQL, Tableau) are a plus.

• Experience:

  5-8 years of experience in sales analytics, MIS reporting, or a similar role.

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of data visualization and presentation tools.

• Analytical Skills:

  Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret and present complex data in a clear and actionable manner.

• Soft Skills:

  Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
