The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, managing client relationships, and delivering excellent customer experiences. A strong understanding of the real estate market and a proven track record in closing deals is essential. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure Attend site visits with prospective clients and provide detailed project presentations Maintain relationships with existing clients and generate referrals Understand customer requirements and guide them to suitable property options Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to follow up on leads and campaigns Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies Ensure timely documentation, booking formalities, and post-sale customer support Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets Required Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong interpersonal skills and client relationship management Proven sales performance with a target-driven mindset Knowledge of local real estate laws and RERA compliance is an added advantage Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Additional Requirements: Fluency in English and Malayalam is mandatory Candidates with experience in residential or commercial project sales preferred To Apply: Send your resume to 901-9708-400/8123863900 with the subject line: "Application for Sales Adviser – Kochi."
