Job Description: Development of custom adapters and process tasks Development of process definitions and process forms Development and configuration of event handlers, schedulers and plugins Development of Email notification resolvers Development of custom connectors Impact on Business: As part of IDM integration team, person will be responsible for requirement gathering, design and development related to IDM platform, applications/target systems integrations, workflow provisioning flows, configurations, and enhancements. Work with teams to ensure smooth handovers between Ops support team and deployment teams for any development release, support patch, roll outs. Interfaces with Customers, Suppliers & Third parties Rresponsible for delivering development packages within defined schedule and development standards. Leadership and Teamwork: Strong teamwork and coordination with onsite stakeholders, other development , deployments and support teams. Innovation and Change: Continuous improvement of development process is expected. Essential skills: Strong background in identity and access management (IAM) and expertise in developing and implementing solutions using SailPoint's IdentityIQ platform. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, BeanShell is typically essential for customizing SailPoint IdentityIQ. Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management principles, including user provisioning, access certification, access request, role-based access control, and governance. Experience in integrating SailPoint IdentityIQ with various systems and applications, including LDAP, Active Directory, databases, cloud services, and third-party systems. Proficiency in customizing SailPoint IdentityIQ, including developing custom connectors, creating custom workflows, Custom Plugins Forms and modifying user interfaces. Familiarity with access control methodologies, including role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC) Understanding of security and compliance standards, such as GDPR, HIPAA, or SOX. Having relevant SailPoint certifications, such as SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Architect, can be a significant advantage. Location:Pune, India Job Type: Full Time Work Type: Onsite Job Description: Work with customers and/or internal team on the SailPoint RBAC and additionally on integration, deployment, & implementation of SailPoint software. Configure SailPoint solutions as defined by the Solution Architect or Sr. Consultant. Collaborate effectively within a team structure and can take on tasks independently, following them through to completion. Deliver enhancement (e.g., feature requests on the existing project) or mid-size implementation (App onboarding, Rule Writing, Workflow customization) tasks independently Required Skills Good Development/Implementation hands-on experience in IdentityIQ, mainly in RBAC & additionally on application onboarding, JML workflow customization & RuleWriting. Strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills. Should be able to manage multiple priorities. Should be a quick learner. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, or a related field. 4-6 years of Professional Services/Implementation experience in IAM. Min 2 years of Professional Services/Implementation/hands-on experience in SailPointIIQ Expertise/Hands-On experience in the IIQ function area, mainly on RBAC & a additionally for Application onboarding with various connector types, workflow customization, and Rule Writing. IIQ certification (preferred). Saviynt or Microsoft Entra-ID product Knowledge is a plus.
