Key Responsibilities

SailPoint IdentityIQ Development

• Design, develop, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions for identity governance and administration
• Configure and customize SailPoint IIQ workflows, rules, and policies
• Develop custom connectors and integrations using Java, BeanShell, and other relevant technologies
• Create and maintain identity correlation rules, transformation scripts, and provisioning policies
• Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and segregation of duties (SoD) policies

Application Onboarding & Integration

• Lead application onboarding initiatives for new systems and platforms
• Perform application risk assessments and establish appropriate governance controls
• Configure application connectors for various systems including Active Directory, LDAP, databases, and web services
• Develop custom connectors for proprietary or legacy applications
• Establish identity data mappings and attribute transformations

Application Modifications & Enhancements

• Analyze and implement modifications to existing application integrations
• Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity and synchronization issues
• Optimize application performance and data processing efficiency
• Implement security enhancements and compliance requirements
• Maintain and update existing connectors and configurations

Technical Implementation

• Configure identity collection, correlation, and aggregation processes
• Implement automated provisioning and deprovisioning workflows
• Develop custom forms, approvals, and certification campaigns
• Create reports and dashboards for identity governance metrics
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities

Required Qualifications

Experience & Expertise

• 5-6 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ platform
• Extensive experience in application onboarding and integration
• Proven track record of successful application modifications and enhancements
• Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Java, BeanShell scripting, and XML configuration
• Experience with database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL)
• Knowledge of web services, REST APIs, and SOAP protocols
• Familiarity with LDAP, Active Directory, and directory services
• Understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC)
• Experience with application servers (Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere)

Additional Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• SailPoint IdentityIQ certification preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Experience working in regulated industries or compliance environments
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
